This is Victor a young boy who is paralyzed and unable to walk. When we first met him, he was struggling to move, crawling painfully across the ground. We were blessed to provide him with a wheelchair, so he no longer has to suffer that way. Now, with hope in our hearts and prayers on our lips, we are working toward beginning his medical treatment. Our dream is to see Victor stand on his feet again and walk like other children do free, proud, and full of life.
