They are completely on their own

They are completely on their own, tucked away in remote villages where life resembles that of the forest isolated, harsh, and unforgiving. There is no access to clean water, no clinics, no medicine. Many of them suffer from infections and bacterial diseases that have gone untreated for years conditions that could be easily cured elsewhere, but here, they linger and worsen. Their pain is quiet, but constant. Every day is a fight for survival, and every wound tells a story of neglect.
